Our orders are managed by third-party freight carriers, and most items generally arrive within a timeframe of 5 to 10 business days. Please be assured that your card will only be charged when the item is prepared for shipment, unless there is a backorder situation. In such instances, we will inform you via email within one business day to discuss whether you prefer to wait for the item or to cancel your order for a full refund.

We provide complimentary shipping within the United States. Below are some shipping details regarding all of our products:

1.) Items weighing over 100 lbs. will be shipped using LTL with Curbside Service. Please note that the delivery company will contact you to schedule a delivery time. Customers must be present to sign for the product upon delivery.

2.) For products with large bases, a forklift will be necessary for delivery, as the base will be too large for lift-gate service. This arrangement must be made prior to the delivery of the product. Note: While most products do not require a forklift as they can be accommodated on a lift gate, if you are uncertain whether your product requires one, please reach out to us before the product's arrival.

3.) Many of our products are made to order, and the lead time for each item may vary. Please contact us for the current lead times on the products you are interested in, and we will be pleased to provide you with the specific information you require.

Returns Policy

In the rare event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can confidently return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt, subject to a 15% restocking fee, excluding any applicable shipping costs.

All items that are returned must be in pristine, unused condition and should be enclosed in the original packaging provided by the manufacturer. To qualify for a full refund, all components, accessories, registration cards, and related items must also be included in the return.

Please be aware that the ORIGINAL SHIPPING costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. This applies even if you benefited from FREE shipping; you will still be responsible for the actual shipping expenses incurred during the delivery of the product to you.
