Our return policy is applicable for a 30-day period, provided that the brand allows returns. If the brand does not permit returns, we regret to inform you that we cannot process your return request. Refund Processing: Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will promptly initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or card to reflect the refunded amount. If you do not see the refund within 10 business days, please reach out to us at sales@mobilityusadirect.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened, in the same condition as when you received it. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. There will be a 10% restocking fee based on the product price, and the item should be in its original packaging. Our returns policy covers the actual cost of return shipping for remorse, and there is no fee for returning defective items. Please note that certain types of goods cannot be returned or refunded including products shipped from outside of the U.S.
